What Happens

Do we need a GCP foundations build before this engagement?+
Yes. This engagement assumes your GCP environment is in place and Gemini Enterprise licenses are active. If you need a foundations build first, we can do that for you as well.
Why 3 departments and 4 users each?+
The 15-user structure is designed to give each department enough coverage for meaningful adoption while keeping the engagement focused. It is not a full organizational rollout — it is a structured pilot that gives you proven tools and capable IT staff to expand from.
What if our department structure is different?+

Do we need technical staff to participate?+
Yes — your IT lead needs to be available for the technical pilot, configuration sessions, and handoff. Business users only need to attend their intake conversation and two sessions.
