Mark Hardy

Mark is a technology leader, engineer, and strategist with a career spent helping organizations navigate complexity to reach their next peak. As CEO of Peak Trails Consulting, he brings more than three decades of experience building scalable businesses, architecting cloud and AI solutions, and guiding clients through modern digital transformations.

He began his career as a mechanical engineer where he learned how to build solutions with solid end to end process, integrated testing and practical design. He bridges technical depth and business strategy to drive meaningful, measurable outcomes. He has founded and grown companies, rebuilt delivery organizations, and led high impact projects across public sector, industrial, and emerging technology markets. His work includes pioneering applications of agentic AI, IOT, robotics, remote sensing and subsea IOT data collection where he holds two patents. The common theme in these innovations is the development of repeatable delivery processes, strategic planning and extensive testing frameworks to solve client needs.
